Booking Massage:
Credit card reservation with billing address is required to reserve all appointments.
One-hour is the minimum time to arrive safely to an appointment from the time it books. (You wouldn't want a frazzled therapist, would you?)
Rush Fee - $20 plus valet parking (if required for expedited appointment) for appointments requested under an hour.
Table massage appointments are one hour minimum; one hour may be split by a couple.
Hands-on Health accepts cash, credit cards and room charges when available.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling policy for massage is 4-hours minimum or full payment charged. Changes to the time will result in a shortened session but may be extended for an additional fee.
Tips for Practitioners: 20% tip is customary for good service.
Terminating Services: Certain conditions will end the session; contagious illness including colds, flu, and flirtation, requesting an adult serivce or behaving badly, etc.
Minors under 18 years may not receive services unless a guardian has given written permission and (if possible) stays
present.
